The hotel had clean rooms and multiple pool options, making it enjoyable for relaxation. However, the service experience varied significantly, with some staff not being very accommodating. The check-in process was straightforward, but noise restrictions and guest management left much to be desired. Overall, while the facilities were good, my experience was dampened by poor service interactions.

I had a wonderful experience at this beach hotel! The location was perfect for my family, being just a short walk to the boardwalk and eateries. The rooms were nicely renovated, clean, and comfortable. However, I did encounter an unexpected $250 charge after my stay and I felt that was quite poor practice. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but just be cautious about potential charges after leaving.
